The form manager allows you to associate a status with the result entry of a given task. When that task is completed on a job, the system will automatically update the job with the associated status. This process records status history, the same way job details manual status selection does, and is visible on job details.

Then, the supervisor or administrator can respond to the technician, notifying them of the response on the Quality Manager.
